When I see items appear in both the high and low(er) versions, I know it’s going to be a trend. Of course there are tons of trends still coming on for fall, but I wanted to get you all in early on this one: rain boots. I had a night out with the girls last Sunday to go see “September Issue,” the much talked about film documenting the preparation of Vogue’s biggest issue ever.
