Have you heard “Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart” the latest single by Alicia Keys?  Her new album The Elements of Freedom in which she again proves she’s got the talent, charisma and voice that is just gorgeuos…and let’s add that she looks pretty fly in her outfits.

In this video clip Alicia Keys plays a seductive and modern heroine who has extraordinary powers. A bit refreshing for these young stars to stand up and be powerful!  Her superpowers allow her to save the lives of all people, except for the person she loves for whom her arms turn into a deadly weapon, doh! The video is modern and a bit dark, but that is what draws you in.

Alicia wears a few different outfits. The first one is a tank top, riding pants, and a studded jacket (which I couldn’t find who designed it)  highlighted by a pair of Carrera sun glasses, the Panamerika 1 (I did find out). I blogged about the Carrera sun glasses a few days ago with Lady Ga Ga – clearly they are hitting the style scene hard and starting to spread among music stars.

Alicia also wears a motorcycle jacket with a purple jumpsuit – clearly displaying the superpower role she is playing.

While the video is ok – Alicia’s voice, lyrics and talent will be around for a long long time.
